Gorgeous day, on vacation yesterday, and had my two favorite cars all clean. What to do?

Behold, a brief comparison between the allroad and the RS6.

if so I am interested in the spare tire - or more specifically some information about it. does the RS6 use an inflatable spare like the allroad's? if so, what size is it? and finally, does it fit in the allroads spare tire well?

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/77805/spares.jpg"></center><p>As you can see, the RS6 has the same "style" spare, but it's a bit bigger (18" RS6 vs. 16"AR). I measured and confirmed that the width of the hole is the same, but notice at the top of the spare compartment in the allroad that we have a big piece of metal in there.

No time for a test fit today and giving the car back tomorrow (on loan from in-laws). But I'll see if I can try a test fit tomorrow morning for you.

can you find the actual tire size printed on the RS6's spare? With that I can determine how far off it is from the size of an allroad tire.

if it fits in the spare tire well, and it is close to the right size, it might make a good spare for us allroaders with bigger rear brakes. the allroad spare doesnt fit over the stasis rears, but an 18" wheel would.
