Flying to Sarasota Florida tomorrow to pick up a Stage III S4. I got a ride in one at VIR in April and was hooked. My wife and I both have large cars (Chrysler Pacifica and Dodge Nitro)with free gas and no longer need the utility of the Allroad.

I would really like to keep the Allroad but it doesn't make much sense. My wife is emotionally attached to the Allroad and is not too happy with my decision. I do feel really guilty for abandoning my super wagon but if I sell it it has to be to someone that will take care and appreciate it. Sorry if I am a bit sappy but the Allroad is a car like no other.

My Allroad may be for sale soon if anyone is interested. If I go that route I will put it in the classifieds.

Vehicle Description:
2002 S4 with 90K miles, Santorin Blue

This car is amazing. Truely a great piece of German engineering. This car runs great only reason I'm selling is because I need the money to get my next college degree. This car drives strong and is very very fast, capable of high 11 second quarter mile times. This car has been babied for, this car has never been raced or tracked. This car is 2 owner car from florida, with orignal window sticker and car manual. The engine, k04 turbos, clutch, suspension only have 8000 miles on them. Mobile 1 oil changes every 5000 miles. The AWD system and coilover suspension make this car handle so beautiful.

Specs/Mods:
Engine: 2002 Audi s4
remanufactured long block engine with 8000 miles on it(with new, timing belt and accessories, upgraded spider hose, Bosch F5DP0R spark plugs, gaskets and seals)OEM k04's turbos with inlets with 8000 miles on them

Euro Parking Lights

Interior:

AWE-tuning aluminum pedal covers

AWE A pillar boost gauge

Hardwired Radar detector.

Sport brushed aluminum trim.

Wideband LED

Water/Meth Injection LED.

Known Problems:

Check Engine Light on from test pipes (no cats)

Drivers side mirror the L in the LCD came out

Cup Holder Stuck

Few digs and scratches from normal wear of a 5 year old car.

Car gets slightly warm in 95+ weather in idle for more than 45 mins

due to Front mount intercooler, I will give the stock intercoolers as well.

Alot of money has been put into this car, I dont even want to add it up.

But If I had to give a price on all upgraded parts, it would be over $17,000.

Very low price!

Default Hmmm...is that one of the S4's we passed with the allroad at VIR during the fun-run ;-)

Congrats on your purchase and enjoy it, hope you'll put it to the test during the VIR Fall event, I'm sure it's going to be fun to drive.

Default Hey Thomas, Not one we pasesd but it could have been................

He is claiming 480 HP? How do you think the Stasis Street Sports will do? No H Sports, do you think I will need them with Stasis Suspension?

Thanks and you will be welcome to take it out with me in the passenger seat at the fall event at VIR to show me how its done

Default I always laugh when I see this:

"...capable of high 11 second quarter mile times. This car has been babied for, this car has never been raced or tracked."

Sooooo, how do you know it can do 11s quarters?

Pretty car, though. If he really never raced or tracked it he should be ashamed.

I've been shopping for modded MR2s and see similar quotes a lot.

Default If you remember, HP isn't everything, the Stasis should do extremely well, but it depends on

how stiff they are. You should get a feel about body roll once you drive it, that usually determines the need for upgraded sway bars. If you feel uncomfortable taking turns at certain speed because the car has a rather unpredictable tilting point (that's when everything gets out of control and your hands), then you might want to reconsider the suspension setup. You'll find out for sure in Fall ;-)

If the car is a daily driver then additional stiffness might compromise the ride quality too much.
Does it have a strut tower bar installed? Just curious.

Default He said he took it to the drags one time and it was 95 out without the water misters and ran a 12.5.

He just got it built up 8000 miles ago and has to sell it to get back in school and get an econobox. Bummer for him I know if accurate.

I can asure you it will get pushed by me The Allroad needs a break~
