Very nice! Questions about your choice of car care products.
Not familiar with menz nano polish?
What Zaino product do you use?
I use Show Car Polish Lok followed by World's Best Car Polish.
Where do you buy Poorboys Wheel Sealent? Why do you use this product. Have you tried others?
Which rotary do you own?
Thanks!
Joe

polishing steps and products
Hey there, Menzerna nano polish is their 106ff that is more familiar to people, its a better version of menzerna final polish. it has no silicones or fillers, but leaves the surface squeaky clean and swirl free when broken down completely. Although developed for the harder clear coats with ceramic content i.e. mercedes, it works perfectly on normal clear coats. It was used in conjuction with the Makita 9227c and a white VC lake country finishing pad, after clay bar.
Zaino although extremely rewarding is a real pain when you want to layer. after a wipe down of all polish residue to ensure proper bonding, steps are as follows: 1X Z2, 2X Z5, all ZFX with Z6 wipedown in between, wait 9 hours, Z-CS, and top it off with Z8.
It is my first time trying out the poorboys wheel sealent, I did spray some Z-CS on the wheels too. But after applying, letting it haze and then buff with cloth, it left a really smooth flake popping finish on the alloys. We shall see on durability. I think the best way to maintain wheels now is regular car wash soap, which will not be as strong as wheel cleaners and preserve the coating.
hope this helps

Thanks for the info.
Actually, I use the Z1 and Z5 that someone had given to me. I'll have to look into getting the rest to get the whole system. You cars look great!
Agree with your idea about wheel cleaning. The wheels on my A4 are just about ready to be replaced after too many winters in New England. Let us know how the poorboy wheel sealent works. Thanks again.
