Default Pics of some new mods.

Well, I got around to doing a few subtle things to my car, I debadged the rear, and the quattro badge from the grille and then had the bumper marker lights painted at the same time that I had the grille trim plate painted body color. I think these two mods really give the front a "finished" look, and it was worth every penny.

(I will still probably get the euro bumper trim when available from Der Kimbo), but for now the painted markers look pretty good.

I also had the windows tinted with Huper Optik 30% all around.

The last little mod/gadget is a pretty cool cell phone mount from www.kudausa.com that is made with matching stitched leather.

more pics in my picture poster, sorry the car was a bit dirty!

I just received my Vag-Com and turned off the seatbelt chime and will be giving some subtle lowering a shot once I get some time. Some spacers vs new wheels will be in the works to obtain a more aggressive look, but I am still deciding about that.

BTW, does anybody know what to say to the dealer to get the new MMI software installed to get the new 2007 changes ie no warning screen etc. . like what Stevial1 mentioned ?
I can't really say there is anything wrong with the car to warrant a software update, I suppose the truth might work!

Default Man that looks great! IMO, Audi should paint the trim in the grill body color to begin with, looks..

much more complete with it painted.

no offence but I still like the orange bumper lights...just my opinion. Rest of it looks great.

I seem to notice that Audi makes a slightly different wood trim for the amarreto interior...yours looks more orange red...mine was a little yellow orange.

The wood trim is called sycamore which i think is exclusive to the amaretto interior and its pretty orange, i think my camera flash is not representing the true color very well.

thanks for your comments.

Your camera IS distorting the color which is not that "orangy".

I normally notice other D3's, must have missed you, no Gallardos and RS4s today either -- where?
