Default I'm not a fan of red, but am I the only one that thinks that red is best on the S5?

Probably not going to get it anyway, but it seems that dark colors hide the lines of the car while the lighter colors look bland. IMO, of course.

Yeah I kind of agree. This car looks amazing in red. I don't know what it is about red and cars -- some look great in it (ferarri) and some just look bad.

Also, a very small factor is that red, as a more intense and saturated color, is easier to capture in photography than other colors like silver and gray. Pearl paints do not photograph well either.

The S5 looks very good in black too. Anyway nice to see a person standing beside the car to get an idea of low it looks. I love it.

Default I agree, red looks incredible on the S5, very exotic.

It seems the deeper colors, red, black, phantom, deep blue sea pearl, look the best maybe because (IMO) it accentuates the lines of the car better. Silver seems to be disliked by those that have looked at the S5 in person which I was surprised about, but I guess it does look bland. In the official S5 brochure, the silver looks to be a darker shade and it looks appealing. If Audi would have offered that, I may have selected it.

Default I agree, looks great but not for me.

Red always seems to fade worse than other colors as well. I think the 4 best combos are: Red w/Pearl Silver, Phantom Black w/Pearl Silver, Phantom Black w/Red, & White w/Red. I really need to see the red seats before I can place an order. In some pictures they look great and in others they look very tomatoish. Even if they do start off in a nice red I'm afraid they'll fade into the tomatoish color. That leaves me with either Phantom Black w/Pearl Silver or White w/Pear Silver (not getting black leather and they aren't offering silver w/Pearl Silver).

red's not my cup of tea, but that car is really, really fantastic looking! all debates about it's cost aside, i think it will do pretty well. i'm torn as it doesn't have a real sunroof which is probably a deal breaker for me..
