Ladies and Gentlement: Another S4 poser
Pic taken via mobile phone so sorry for crappy pic quality.
I was at the dealer today to have them check my car for the engine bay noise and headlight sensor error. While waiting for a ride back home, a silver car drove in.
At first it I thought nice clean USP when I saw the front spoiler. Then when it passed me, I saw the S4 sign. So I thought to myself "not another S4 poser". I was confused for a moment as I saw the sharkfin antenna was the first version. Which can't be for a USP because it was introduced at the end of the B6 so USP sported the version 2 sharkfin. So I thought it may be an S4 with the owner just changine the spoilers (but why?!). Then I walked around to examine the car and saw USP front spoiler. Plus the regular silver painted mirror caps and USP (RS4) wheels. Aah, it's an A4 USP then. Which can't be again due to the old sharkfin antenna.
Anyway, I realized USP or not, it certainly cannot be an S4 due to the missing quad exhaust unless he was stupid (stoopid) enough to downgrade all parts to USP.
Irregardless, I'm confused if this is truly a USP (which doesn't really matter because USP are just cosmetically upgraded A4s). But it does **** me off even more because he slaps on USP cosmetic touches then finishes off with an S4 badge.
I forgot to look inside because the driver saw me inch closer to his car which made him suspicious. But what I really wanted to do was snap a few pics and post it here.
Anything I'm missing to know what this car really is?

I would have stood there and waited for him to start the car up ... then there would be no mistake .
the thing that upsets me about fakes is not what its trying to be but the insult to what is trying not to be. ie a perfectly good A4.

Def. a poser...The S4 rebadge is not even aligned nor in the correct/exact spot...
You should of walked up to him and say, "You don't really think ppl are really gonna buy the fact that yer ride is really an S4?"...
I'd be curious on how he would of responded.
