Neuspeed short shifter installed:
This might be my best mod yet. What a difference this makes. The shifts are so short and precise, it's amazing! I highly recommend this to everyone. This is the way the car should have come from the factory.
Cost: $169.95

The install: Now this was a major pain in the butt. Very tedious work, as there are a lot of little bolts/washers that have the potential to fall into no man's land. I had some problems with not being able to shift into reverse. I found that you have to center the shifter to the right just a tad then bolt the linkages down. It took me several tries to get it just right. Install took me 2 hours or so. The instructions provided were not very thorough. I found this tutorial from AMS to be much better.
