This is a direct bolt on but does require removal of the bumper. Grille kit from ECS Tuning comes with S-line badge, which is needed because of the depression that is manufactured within the grille itelf.<ul><li><a href="http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/pagebuild_v2.cgi?searchstring=grille&searchqt= byvehicle&make=Audi&model=A3&submodel= FWD&engine=2.0T]http://www.ecstuning.com/stage...=2.0T">ECS S-line grille</a></li></ul>

The S-line rear valance also fits the stock rear bumper... But.......>
I would get one soon if you plan to make the upgrade, As this will cut into Audi's Votex kit sales, If AOA sees a spike in demand for this piece the price will go up
I recall- the front valance on the 20AE GTI was only $150 or so via parts when the car came out, once a bunch were bought the price doubled. Same for the Ultrasport kit on the B6 A4..

True story... ..Audi AG $114. vs Audi USA $700.00
Our S6 wagon needed a rear hatch wiring harness earlier this year to facilitate a repair. The electricial short in the brake light wiring (circuit) tripped the fuse, simple. The wiring harness was backordered by AoA and this sidelined the car while we waited. The wiring harness which Audi of America had on double secret, urgent, urgent order status, arrive 4 months later. Here's the rub...While the S6 pined away in the Audi dealer's lot, I made a trip to Germany, walked into Audi Frankfurt and purchased the very same wiring harness. The cost with all taxes et cetera was $114.00 in US Dollars. Audi of America's published price for the VERY same part number, same item, was over $730.00 Go figure.
