MTM Software Upgrades

I got a call a few weeks ago from a local
authorized MTM tuner, at Ringtec Atlanta, who informed me that I could increase the power in my stage-one for under $300. You send the ECU back down to Hoppen in Florida, and they send it back, next day, with +25hp, +29 ft/lbs, and an upgraded Bosch 5.0 bar fuel pressure regulator. They also recommend the Bosch sparks. Anyway, I had the operation performed and am happy with yet more bang for the buck from MTM. According to MTM my output is now 345/385, and it is a very noticable improvement over the stage-one's 310/356. Despite the peak power being even higher in the rev range, there is a markedly more powerful low-end lunge, especially in 1st, and 2nd. Has anyone else done this upgrade? If not, and you're still at or below 310/356, I recommend this product.

Re: that's all?
mtm gives very conservative numbers..the numbers they post are not maximum hp but actually sustained numbers through the curve..and as far as ko4's with downpipes should be more like 420..I hope the cats were replaced with hi-flo units..
