Only AA's first post is gone. The thread still exists. That said, Kris Hansen made it obvious that he doesn't want the thread on AudiWorld.

I won't link to any of the other posts, for obvious reasons, but if you dig through your history, it shouldn't be hard to find.

There were strong accusations made, people were posting personal information of someone accused of doing something.. All of these are against the TOU..

Now, this is not to say that I'm discouraging discussion of this topic, but we must NOT use people's personal information, etc.

Any real names, or addresses get posted, the post will be nuked. I'm also not too keen on witch hunts on the forums.

Regardless of the crime, this AW member mis-represented himself to another AW member. He lied about his identity; in person.

He will no doubt continue to do business on AW.

Wouldn't you like to know his history before you do business with him?

Once it's PROVEN who did it, then yes.

But it has been PROVEN that GVee introduced himself to AA as "Ed Coleman"... Not his name.

So forget about the crime, wouldn't you at least like to know that GVee is a shady character who mis-represents himself?

Regardless of a conviction you have cought a Crook...and some how made me feel better about my whole situation...The disapointment I have felt in AW has totally been redeemed thousands time over. This is why we post here...friendship, knowledge & trust. This is exactly what has happend.

I will certainly keep everyone informed.

Thanks for all your help...Even the investigator was ammazed at the amount of information compiled.
