Im only alowing 2psi of boost right now, however even on that boost level I was able to keep up with a ls1 convertible vette with a really fat driver, he was PISSED OFF hahaha. That seems like low boost and it is, but the turbo im using is rather large, the pictures dont really do it justice. The car sounds rather stock until you floor it, then it sounds like a jet engine roaring down the street oh yea it runs very reliably and idles just like stock too

http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g254/asv4k8/AnthonysTurbo022.jpg</a

Default while it wouldnt be my first choice its about time someone did something REALLY innovative...

now with stand-alone engine management you can get some serious power. You can adjust fuel on Hitachi ECU but nothing related to timing.

A hearty CONGRATS!! I commend and can appreciate the effort... WTF'nG!!!

Default Nice ! !

Very nice!
I´m curious are you able to use the stock engine management with that low boost of yours?
And have you had to lower the compression?

Default Re: Nice ! !

im running stock compression and i have a piggy back fuel computer: the Apexi AFC select, upgraded fuel pressure regulator and the maf is before the turbo. The kit is showing more and more potential everyday. It drives much like a turbo supra.
