Default TIRE HELP

This may sound like an incredibly stupid question, but its a pain in the *** for me. I recently tried to fill up my tires, and I cannot get one of my vavle caps off. Ive tried everything from pliers to brute strength, and nothing is working. Any help on how to get it off without rupturing the tire would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Default try a little WD40 around the base of the cap

Position the valve stem at the top, so the cap is upside down. Let it soak for a bit, then try the pliers again. If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to take it to a tire store and have them try. If worse comes to worse, they can just replace the valve stem with a new one.
