Default Tire changing

I have a flat tire and the tire iron that came with my 1999 audi a6 is missing...I asked a friend to borrow there standard 4 way lug but of course it's doesn't fit...is there anything I can use to change my tire or do I have to have the tire iron that came with my vehicle?

You can use any socket that fits. Most auto parts places will have a set of sockets that fit a 1/2" breaker bar.
