Clay bar, YES! Wax, NO!
First wash and clean the wheels with your favorite cleaner. Then clay.
But do NOT use wax. It has a low melting point.
Use something like Zaino Z2Pro or another good sealant, followed by a good QD like Z6. I used Z2Pro on mine. Using Z6 increases the shine and slickness.
Now, weekly washing is breeze. Using Z7 car wash + an OXO wheel brush, I can clean each wheel in about 60-90 seconds.

What is a conventional wax or sealant i find just about anywhere to use.....
after claybaring my wheels? Ive never seen a place that carries Zaino other then online. Would like to do it this weekend with stuff i can just pick up at the store and not have to order anything.
