Audi 245/40R19 Wheels
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows what audi those wheels fit ?
245/40R19 .
I bought them as i thought theyd fit my a4 b6 with spacers but turned out way too big... so im selling them but not sure what audi they would actually fit ?

Is it just tyres, or wheels and tyres? Because 245/40R19 is a tyre size.
I can say with certainty that it is the correct size for the D2 A8 with 19" rims, and should also be correct for the D3 with 19s.
If it's just tyres, you can also sell them to other brands such as the big Merc's and Beemer's.
It is also a correct fitment for the Holden Commodore/Chevy SS, which means it should also fit a Camaro. Mustangs are also likely, as well as many others.
If you have wheels too, have some smaller tyres fitted (possibly 235/30R19 at a guess), then they may well fit your B6.

Yeah I have the tyres and wheels. Was thinking about getting 35 profile tires for them n selling those ones but atm I'm on a very tight budget so I'd rather sell the whole wheels as I already got new tyres for my 17" alloys . But thatnx anyways. Hope someone's gonna buy them soon. Still didn't post an ad tho :/ heheh

If you want to sell the wheels and tyres in one hit, you will need photos and the wheel specs (eg: 19" x 8", ET35, 5x112 Stud Pattern, 57.1 centrebore).
The centrebore is important, as it could limit the wheels fitment. 90's and early 00's Audis used a centrebore of 57.1mm. Later Cars (roughly mid 00's onwards) switched to 66.6mm. If the wheels only have a 57.1mm centrebore, the only car they'll fit as a package is the D2 A8. If the centrebore is 66.6mm, they will fit D3 A8's and C7 A6's (or the wheels themselves can fit other cars too of course).
The centrebore is measured from the back of the wheel. Simply measure the size of the hole in the centre! If hub-centric spacers are present (little rings of metal or plastic on that centre-back of the wheel), measure to the outside of the spacer and use that measurement along with the centrebore size the spacer itself gives.
Replace "Chevy SS" above with "Vauxhall VXR" then
...also, you might find a more local market on VWAudiforums, or AudiSport (dot net) which are both UK based forums - much more A8 based activity here though!
