Going with 245/40/17 tires on 17x8 wheels for my A4 1.8T... would this cause any fitment problems?

I'm getting yokohoma avs sport 245/40/17 tires on MM Evo 17x8 wheels... seems like most people have been going with 235/45/17... any reason for this? Would 245/40/17 tires cause any fitment probs?

Tire might stick outside the front fender, depending on wheel offset.
