Gary or Others: Does a wheel need to be re-balanced if the tire is taken off and re-mounted?
Scenario:
Visit a tire shop, wheels are already balanced with current tires.
Worker dismounts the tire off the wheel, inspects it, and remounts it. Does the tire/wheel need to be re-aligned if there was nothing added/removed from the tire/wheel?
