FS: 2012 Audi S4 Premium Plus

I'm selling my 2012 S4 with 26,200 miles, Brilliant Red, one owner, non-smoker (no pets and no kids). The car is in excellent shape inside and out. Within the last 1k miles, the tires have been replaced with Pirellis and new Akebono pads (new rotors on the front) have been installed.

S-tronic
Audi MMI
19" 5 spoke wheels
Audi advanced key
Rear parking sensors
All weather mats
Alum-tec
Hate to see the car go, but we have a baby on the way and an SUV is now the chosen replacement. The car currently has Audicare and has been maintained at Audi dealers here in Houston. The price is $37,000 obo. I can provide more pics on request.
