OK, thanks for the help so far. I've installed 311.2 and SAME ERROR!! Here's the test results:

COM Port Status: OK
Interface Status=0-found, ready
Fast-Synch compatible: NO

Again, when I choose any control module, VAG-COM tries 4 times and then reports: NO RESPONSE FROM CONTROLLER.

What should I do now?
