After check that I could not access to the Hidden menu (CAR + SETUP), I activated it using VAG- COM following the instructions from one of the numerous post about it.

The strange issue is that after restart the MMI console and press for 5 seconds or more CAR + SEUP, the menu doesn't appear. I double checked that the Bit in channel 8 was set up as 1.

Have you had a similar problem and know how to solve it?
