Is it possible to switch from miles/gallons to km/litres for fuel consumption and range ?

You need to recode the Instruments to change the country code from US to either Canada or Rest of the World. This will change your odometer reading from miles to kilometers as well as the trip computer readings from MPG to l/100km, etc.
