Hello everyone! My car is '04 A8 D3/4E 3.0 TDI

I bought a ross tech vag com interface a bout a week ago but now I have some issues

The reasons I bought it were that I updated my MMI to 5570 and wanted to turn on my battery meter and instrument cluster settings. I also had the MIL on for maybe an year, but never went to the dealer, because most of the time MIL was off. Also, the airbag light came on after hitting a very big pot hole (a lot of here in Bulgaria :@).

So I changed the setings for the battery meter and instrument cluster, cleared the fault code for the airbag and I found out what was wrong with the engine - there was only one error in the engine. BUT I encountered the following issues:

When performing a test in module 03, until vcds is connecting with the ABS controller, all lamps that have to do with the braking system (abs yellow, big red on the display, handbrake red) started to blink and I hear the beep sound. When I close the controller, they go back to normal. Abs works perfect, car runs perfect, no lamps on at the dash. The other problem is that now vcds shows malfunctions on almost all modules. I dont know if it's necessary information, but I disconnected the battery for about 15 minutes. Now there is some error with some Turbocharger controller and ABS defective, which appeared after all the scans and the battery disconnecting.

When checking for errors all modules ONE BY ONE there are no errors. Only the engine and ABS ones. All these errors below are after performing AUTO SCAN. Could it be a vcds problem, rather than my car's?
