Use VCDS to find CAN identifier?
Greetings all,
Is there any part of VCDS that can show the CAN identifier of each controller/module in the car? I have a Ross-tech cable/VCDS and a CAN analyzer. There are so many CAN messages bouncing around that I need help narrowing down what CAN ID is to what controller. I.E. Multi-function-steering-wheel, stereo etc.
2004 Audi Allroad
Car has both K-line and CAN bus(es)

Right. VCDS is a diagnotic tool, not a CAN bus analyzer.
