Fault codes. What could be the problem?

Default Fault codes. What could be the problem?

2 Faults Found:
17743 - Engine Torque Monitor 2: Control Limit Exceeded
P1335 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17521 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B1 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1113 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

I got the exact same P1113. Cleared it two weeks ago and it came back. When the fault is logged the car hesitates at around zero vacuum. I'm debating changing the plugs first and I've tested the O2 sensor heater which seems to be within spec, but I'll likely order a universal bosch O2 in the end.

Update: a while back I changed the B1S1 O2 and all is well.
