I recently scanned my 2002 TT and this came up:

Does anyone know what this means(I still get radio reception) and how to fix it?

Therefore the "ZF Open Circuit" DTC is because the ZF coaxial cable is not connected at the radio. The ZF cable, when connected to the original radio, is used to power the Diversity antenna amplifier, and to send FM signal reception quality feedback to the Diversity antenna switching function according to signal strength from the several connected antennas. You still have radio reception because the "HF" RF coaxial antenna is connected to the HF input on the radio, so the signal is available to the HU. However, the antenna amp is not active without the power normally supplied by the ZF cable, therefore the signal received by the HU is not amplified.
Either reconnect the ZF cable, or find and fix the break in the cable to the diversity amplifier.
