D4 A8 Service Reset
I could use some help guys.
On a 2011 A8 I go into Channel 17 Instruments then adaptation 10 Reset ESI Click "Do it" but it always comes back?
What am I missing?
Do I need to change the distance driven since last inspection adaptation as well?
Also, how do I reset the "Service Due Since" line in the MMI?
Mine still reads 400 miles even though the dealer has performed plenty of service on the car since then?

Not fully supported in the current version, we'll expct more on that in a later release next year. If you need help right away, please contact us directly via email and make sure to include an Auto-Scan from the car in your request.

Two emails later...problem solved.
Their product is worth every penny and is a bargain when you figure in the support!!
