That is the legendary 25V stuff. VERY cool, but useless without the head.

Might be worth grabbing on the chance that a complete head surfaces. Otherwise, it is just some nice stuff for a collection. What is interesting is the exhaust manifold. I have only seen a tubular manifold before. This one is obviously a cast piece. Veeeerrrryyy innnterestink. I wonder if this would have been the Group S rally car engine, had that project lived.
This has James written all over it. My guess is that he has already contacted the seller and is trying to track down the rest of the engine... ;^)

Yes, I'd like to get a closer look at the parts.
Im considering buying it just from a curio&relic standpoint. Looking carefully at the items, they are both definately for a 25V head. Neither one will work on a 20V or 10V head.
The exhaust manifold has larger oval openings rather than the standard round holes on the 20V head. So right there indicates the 25V flowed more because the passages were larger. The intake openings are also larger and wider, and there are three distinct openings. One for each intake valve. There are a pair of injectors per cylinder although I thought this intake used 3 injectors per cylinder.
