I usually don't get into internet debates because of special olympics fact (even if you win, you're still retarded), but I'd rather not get lectured by someone who drives a yellow TT.
Ferrari is, and has long been considered the golden standard in racing technology. From their engines, to their use of wind tunnels before anyone else in the industry, to F-1 technologies that are constantly being carried over to their road cars. Now, when Ferrari decides to make a track-version of their already race-inspired mid-engined masterpiece, you can bet it's had more testing, engineering, time, and passion put into it to deliver the all-around best race track package they can create. Dodge on the other hand, which yes, has been stepping up there game since the last Viper, has stuffed a huge, brutish, unrefined 8.4L engine (nearly twice the size of the Ferrari's, and not even 100hp more) that is stuffed into 1998-at-best technology chassis and suspension. Basically, it's the difference between a gourmet restaurant and McDonald's. Yes, both will fill you up, but it's the manner in which you get there- the attention to all facets of the meal, not just slapping processed cheese on a low-quality slab of "meat" that makes all the difference. Can we just agree on this much? 85% of that track is a straight f*cking line! You could be blindfolded half the time! Cheers, mate. No offense on the yellow TT thing, if you even made it this far without bursting into a blind rage over the statement. I know us car guys can take that sort of thing personally, like insulting a family member. But seriously, yellow? Did you parents not give you the attention you needed as a child ;) And I have driven the standard F430, no desire to drive a Viper in any iteration |
