They told me that with an approved order in the system, Audi Financial will lock in the current lease rates. I believe this is what they were doing with NC Audi(?) but he got screwed initially because the model year changed mid order. John, can you confirm that they will lock in on an order?

I'm hoping to get invoice plus the $400 or so in the add on advertising costs. I know two managers at two different dealers who may be willing to put a "point" on the board with an order for me at invoice that will just flow through their system (I've already purchased an A4 Cab and a Boxster from one of them). I'm sure that at worst it will be $500 over invoice. Thats how I got my payments:

I'm going to order by the end of October to lock in the rates, and expect to take delivery after the New Year.
