I thibnk the unit is not seated properly and is disconnecting when you hit a bump in the road.
My Nano also doesnt fit any of the adapters but is much lighter in weight and rarely comes unseated.
Still, Ive been burning "Data" MP3 CD's and they are superior to the iPod in that they actually display my playlist and track names on the head unit as I wanted from the iPod to begin with.
Im wanting a software update to make the iPod work like a Data CD does, but we'll see.
