Fuel leak Faulty FSU Update
We're meeting with Audi next week to Discuss the situation!
They initially told us to get lost after our first meeting. They maintain that after extensive investigations world wide there are no FSU or fuel leak problems.
We had the burn out mentioned by a local radio station motoring show and Audi have called us to set up a meeting this week.
The forensic report shows that it was a fuel based fire starting in the general area of the FSU. The most Likely cause of the fire was fuel dripping on to the exaust system.
I can't believe that Audi haven't been sued in the USA yet??
With the consumer protection laws you guys have and the amount of FSU problems that are being experienced. I would have thought someone would have instituted a class action suite against Audi.
The problem seems to be as big as the one that initiated the A6 recall.
I have been inundated with E mails of similar problems from all over the world. I think its time to put pressure on Audi. Any car thats had 2 or more FSU's as well as a list of other faulty parts should surley be declared a lemon.
Audi must at some stage come to the party...I've done searches on both the SLK and Z3 and neither seem to have the same amount of problems the TT has.....Not that i'd buy either..
