Default ttdude's stupid Friday poll #35: I'm out

So I was driving around yesterday and the nice little low gas indicator popped up. As I watched the miles to go indicator approach zero and the gas tank needle rest on E, a poll was born. (Don't you feel like you're more involved in the process now?)

What's the closest you've come to running out of gas in your TT?

A) all the way - side of the road and everything
B) indicator said zero, but managed to coast in
C) low indicator
D) I never let it drop below a quarter of a tank
E) I don't even drive it because I'm scared of the needle moving from Full
F) I ride with Rahul, so no chance of that...

Self-reponse: C, boring but true

Last week's results: Wow - an operating temperature range of -43 to 123F! I didn't even know *people* could operate at those temperature, never mind cars. Congratulations to AkRascal and MyBluTT for being able to survive at those extremes!

Not an old wives' tale, but not sure what an elderly intelligent caudal appendage has to do with it.
