Prices may be outdated and I'm not sure about the "L" version you mention.

regular Audi MAF part number: 06A 906 461 E ($360)

remanufactured Audi MAF part number: 06A 906 461 EX ($80)

regular VW MAF part number: 06A 906 461 A ($90)
(different size housing, but the same replaceable element inside)

remanufactured VW MAF part number: 06A 906 461 AX ($58)
(different size housing, but the same replaceable element inside)
