New shoes (combo of Brembo, Yoko, and Ferodo) means no more humming and grinding. :)

JFTR, IAII, I got an extra 10K miles out of my front pads and rotors by waiting until the grinding started...car never lost any stopping power, and I feel great! :) Especially because 10K miles of looking at (0) can really start to get old! :)
