A couple of weeks ago I happened to notice that my tach needle was sticking a bit. So I finally got around to checking my actual rpm's vs what my tach was showing... and I am off by approx 200rpm's (tach reading lower than actual)

When the car is off and ignition is on the needle is reading dead on O rpm's.

Any ideas? or how to fix this?
