Well, I think I need new tires because the ONLY thing which saved me from losing it was the quattro.

I've got much more than Lincoln's head on my tires, but I see now I need some new wheels. Will probably still drive them across country (no sense in wasting 3k miles on new tires), but once in Cali, I am putting new treads on.
