    then when someone gets hurt or gets into litigation, everything you own is on "the block"....it is not just about the property...fault of owner can be assigned if you do not have or cannot provide proof of ownership.....i would never take that chance...

    Insurance companies work tirelessly to deny claims as a whole.....why chance it?!
