and have had the APR stage 3+ kit and now more of a custom kit, I think you should really look around. I am now running a GT30R with the Pagparts vband manifold (similar to the setup in the 1552 thread), it costs a bit less and offers you the opportunity to really hand select the components, i.e. fuel pump, intercooler, etc. I really don't have a bad word to say about the APR product but I do think there are better options out there, at least there was for me.
I think it all comes down to your budget, hp goals, and your desired involvement in setting up the kit the way you want it.
It is definitely worth looking beyond the commonly selected tuners/kits to see what else is out there.
