Ohhh exciting, new problem + new codes

st off the new parts- New MAF and MAP sensor arrived today, going to install them later today.

Today I get in my car, started it up (around 95*) and A/C kicked in at full power. Put it in gear, drove to the end of the driveway, turned off the climate control (pulled the knob) and then...
    EPC light came out
    Throttle pedal did nothing
    Car just idled perfectly

Turned the climate control back on, and my throttle worked again, but would not boost past 0psi. Restarted the car, and still same thing.

Attempted to recreate the problem a few times by cycling the power on and off at the climate control, but it did nothing- A/C came on normally, etc. Car still would not boost past 0psi, but it the pedal would operate correctly.

    Pulled 4 codes:
    P1639
    P0102
    P0343
    P0000

After I cleared them, car would boost back to its normal 6psi (again waiting to install the MAP and MAF today).

Also one side note, over the past couple weeks since I got the car back on the road and the MAF and MAP sensor were deemed shot (hopefully) in 1st and 2nd I would get a sudden drop in power when in the low RPM range. Car would balk all of a sudden (felt like someone tapped the brakes for a second). If the car was over revved it would not balk, only seemed to happen at low RPMs, and most noticeable in 1st and then 2nd. Car sounds and operates normally though the RPM range (besides the previously listed issue)
