My dealer offered to do it "for me" as I recall for about $1000. My indy did it for about $550 and I bought the DG kit. In hindsight I would have been better served to have the dealer do it at the extra $200 or so. Then I would have been in the position that you are. Of course then I would have another plastic water pump impeller. :-)
