Would like an opinion if you had $1500 to spend on upgrades

Okay, clicking below shows the car I bought.

Owner tells me it was a Mk1 but has had the Mk2 upgrade (so no Mk1 control arms).

Owner says car rides like a dream on the open road and is "VERY" comfortable. He also states the car is "stock" in every regard.

So, I LIKE comfort. Actually, I love it (and need to have it).

I am NOT interested in maxxing out the engine performance of this car (106K is something I don't want to mess with), but I am interested in making the car as comfy a ride as possible.

Yes, I know I need to ride in it first, BUT IF you had $1000-1500 to spend on strickly comfort/supsension/handling updrages, what would you purchase/have done?

I have access to lifts and a garage and can do most of the stuff myself.

All you TT old timers, what would YOU suggest I look at getting upgraded?

Thanks, by the way, for any help/advice/suggestions.
