Default in need of some advice squeaky brake pads "mintex red box"

Is there anything that I can do to fix these pads? If not what are some good and low brake dust pads out there you would recommend?

Default Clean them....>>

And put some "Disk Brake Quiet" or high temp silicone on the back of the Metal backing plates. Squeal is not caused by the pad material, but from the resonance caused by the interaction of the backing plate and the Caliper and or piston. Damp that and squeel goes away...
