Default I could barely believe my ears...(Cluster Related)

Audi of America offered to cover the cost of our cluster replacement today.

We are over 20k and three years out of warranty. Car is also in for a timing belt, and previously had an A/C compressor replaced last summer.

So, just to let you all know. Maybe the letters work.<ul><li><a href="http://web.mac.com/vought/iWeb/Doug's%20Web%20Site/TT%20Cluster%20Complaints.html">Audi TT and NHTSA Complaint Letter Templates - TT Instrument Cluster</a></li></ul>

Default Congratulations. Hopefully this is the start of a trend, and not just a "one-off". Might be worth

writing the identical letter and replacing "Cluster" with "Timing Belt Tensioner" and you can get all your work done on Audi's dime (which it should be!).

Default Re: Congratulations.

I think I'll stick with one win for today, but the timing belt issue is pretty serious, and the case could be made that it's a safety-related issue as well.

I think we'd have been looking for a new head and pistons soon if I hadn't put the car in the shop when I did. We're at over 77k - really pushing it.

Default Holy COW! and thanks!

My cluster went south this year. I've saved/printed your templates, they're beautifully written.
