Default Some values such as water or oil temperature that do not change quickly or radically, are OK for

digital, but analog is much better for any items that have a quick rate of change such as rpms, pressure, velocity.

It is impossible to get a good feel for how quickly a digital number is changing, but the sweep of a needle on a dial gives one an intuitive feel for rate of change.

Default I looked at the German site, but this doesn't need any translation.

Default I have both digital and analog. I never use the digital...

Digital:

Analog:

With the AWE gage, you still get a good bit of flow through the vent. You can't turn it off, but I find it to the best solution out there.

Default Heard that.....agreed...until I got my digital guage>>

any delay of eyes reading character change vs object movement turns out to be insignificant.

For me at least....
