Default tCarbon 225 FMIC kit ON SALE NOW -- $499

Finally an affordable FMIC kit for your TT! This kit comes with a large Bar & Plate style intercooler (28"x9"x3"), all mounting brackets, and custom tubing so that you can get rid of your small tucked away SMICs! Choose from Black, Red, or Blue tubing, or make a special order with custom color tubing!

Today I was able to isntall one on PolishAdonis's car (I have a 180) and the install was a breeze. I'd have to say the hardest and most time consuming part about it was taking the SMICs out. We didn't have to take the wheels off due to his GT2 bumper not having the 4 inside nuts that the typical bumper has. So let's just get to the pics:

To those that may have felt the core looked a little small, here is the core in front of Trey (at pitt)'s car before the install:

Bumper off: Notice we didn't have to take the wheels off [schweet!] and his car also didn't have the "bumper bar" due to his GT2 bumper.

Getting the SMICs out:

Almost done:

All done:

Thank you Adam for allowing me to borrow your car for a few hours, Trey for taking pics, everyone else who helped with the installation, and also seneb who helped with the fabrication. The only adjustment that we made was cutting the Samco Silicone tubing that comes down from the charge pipe but other than that the installation was smooth.

There are only a few very minor changes that I want to make in order to offer the TTers the absolute best product possible, but as you can see it already fits perfectly. Due to the HUGE response I've had so far I'm going to put the kit up for sale now and take preorders even though they will not ship out for about 1 month. Those who order now will be first in line to get theirs otherwise there may be a wait for some months to come. :-(

ALSO, for those who absolutely can't wait I have 3 more prototype kits. I am willing to sell these and ship them now, you can install, and when the production version of these parts are ready you will be sent them immediately. Contact me if interested. I have two with black hoses and one with blue.

LINK!

ok, I didn't understand that anyone would really run without a bumper - it will fit easily - right?

Default You do NOT lose the bumper with the FMIC kit ...

The metal bumper doesn't fit with the *GT2* bumper.

Default Nice...>>>

The reason for my original "small Core" comment was your sig pic (looks like it's only as tall as the lower grill opening), and another car that will remain nameless....That core looks more than adequate and should perform well.
Nice price and execution..

I never doubted it - just trying to clarify since 1 pix is worth a 1000 words - Great Work!

Default You weren't the only one who asked about it ...

I got a few e-mails as well -- I told ya it's big! ;-)

By the way Adam's running the TTDA with no feeds right now... sounds schweet.
