Newbie... Head rest question
Okay, I've had four engrs. w/PHDs who could not figure out how to adjust the headrest (up/down). Unfortunately, I just purshased it yesterday and the manual is not coming in until next week.
I have a 2002 TT 225 Quattro Roadster and I'm short -- 5'4" and the headrest is botherING me.
Help.. thanks much.

You and the Mensa Team couldn't figure it out because... they don't adjust!
The only adjustment on TT headrests is the tilt angle. Some have cut down the posts (you might use the 'Search' function on that) for shorter drivers, but there's a lawyer issue, certainly.

Ah well, here's your problem, the headrest on the TTR is not adjustable ;)

Very cool! I didn't know there were retention clips. Weird how Audi
decided to put those in place. Maybe to guard against the possibility of your head hitting the rollbars?
Btw, you had adjust the headrests--they just pivot forward/backward. Not a very useful adjustment.
