Default Damnit. Throttle body issue still unresolved >>

After replacing the throttle body and pedal potentiometer last week I though I had fixed the car going into constant limp mode. But, under light acceleration last night, my friend returned...

17579 - Angle Sensor 2 for Throttle Actuator (G188) Implausible Signal

...and sent me into limp mode with an "EPC" light again. Now I have NO idea what it could be. This is a used throttle body - but what are the chances of it having the exact same problem as the original? I have even tried testing the voltages at the harness per the bentley's troubleshooting procedure. Everything was in spec. Please help!

Default didn't someone just post something about a piece of Samco hose stuck in the TB?

the fix was to completely take it apart and clean it...and that worked.
