Default I've been pretty happy with the Hawk HPS for mixed street track driving...

good bite, good fade resistance, good life, etc.

Default So...is it BHP or Hawke HPS? Price is always important but is really secondary if

you think about it. You are doing 120 mph down the main straight with a left hand 90 degree turn coming up. At that point, do you want the cheapest brake pads? The stock pads have been OK on the low end of the OK scale, but since I am putting on new ones, I am interested in other opinions. Thanks for the input.

No brake pad will squeal if they are installed properly.

Default 2nd that! I got some mild squealing in winter with mine but that was due to install error

And the lack of anti-squeal stuff when I put them on. Now that summer is back I don't here a peep even though I still didn't put any anti-squeal on the back.

Default It's not the pad, it's how you support the metal backing plate. Adhesives will prevent vibration

that will illiminate squeal.
