    it's a fancy version of volkswagon's ASR, or anti slip reduction (which is a double negative thank you gernamy) audi's have ASR too, on the cars without ESP. I'm not sure of the differences, sorry if i'm completely wrong here, too... to me it means that when i do a 3000 launch in the car the light comes on the dash and flashes till i gain traction. also makes it damn near impossible to kick the back end out in a turn, which is really quite depressing.
