I didn't buy my TT to run the 1/4 mile. The mods I have done were never intended to make it faster in a straight line. The 1/4 mile for me or oval racing doesn't thrill me. However, having a car that sticks in the corners and will rotate when I want it to are the things that make the TT fun.

If you want a 1/4 mile car go buy a 60s-70s Camaro, Cuda, or whatever.

If you want a car that is fun to drive on road courses, winding mountain roads, etc. get a TT or a P-car.

Everyone has their own reasons for having the car they have. I don't have any disdain for someone who wants a 700-HP car and wants to run 10s, but samely they should not assume that their version of a car is what I enjoy.
